We, at  DrOmics Labs process your personal information to run our business and provide our users with the services. By accepting our terms and conditions (and in some jurisdictions, by acknowledging this policy), you confirm that you have read and understood this policy, including how and why we use your information. In case you do not want us to collect or process your information in the ways described in this policy, it is advised that you should not use the services. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policy or practices of any of our members, websites hosted through DrOmics Labs, or third-party websites and apps.

  1. INFORMATION SHARING

We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties. We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

Service providers:  We may share your personal information with third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service (such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management services). These third parties may use your personal information only as directed or authorized by us and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.

Payment processors:  Any payment card information you use to make a purchase on the Service is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Billdesk, and we never physically receive or store your full payment card information. Billdesk commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry-standard security. Billdesk may use your Payment Information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy mentioned above.

  • For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety: We may share your personal information for the compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes.  
  • Business Transfers:  We may share or transfer your information in connection with or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • When we use Google Maps Platform APIs:  We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g. Google Maps API, Places API). To find out more about Google’s Privacy Policy, please refer to this  link . We use certain Google Maps Platform APIs to retrieve certain information when you make location-specific requests. This includes the Shipping Address; Billing Address; and other similar information. A full list of what we use information for can be found in this section and in the previous section titled HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?’. We obtain and store on your device (‘cache”) your location for eight (8) months. You may revoke your consent anytime by contacting us at the contact details provided at the end of this document.   1. DO-NOT-TRACK

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. Disclosure to third parties

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf. This is not considered to be ‘selling’ of your personal information.

DrOmics Labs has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. DrOmics Labs will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additional information as soon as we finish verifying you.

You may object to the processing of your personal information.

You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information.

You can designate an authorised agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorised agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorised to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

As a general rule, children are not allowed to use the Service, and we do not collect personal information from them. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?

This page is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules”) that requires publishing the name of the Grievance Officer and his/her contact details on the website, such that users or any victim who suffers as a result of a violation of Rule 3 (outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) by any other person, can notify their complaints to us.

Further, as per Rule 3(4) of the IT Rules, the Grievance Officer shall acknowledge or respond to your communication of violation of Rule 3, by any other person, within 36 (thirty-six) hours, and the complaints shall be redressed within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the complaint.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made there under, the name and the contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided.
